We have just returned back to the UK after experiencing our most memorable holiday in the Yukon and going on the Yukon Winter tour with yourselves. My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism of tour guides especially Kristin who was our guide. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was very infectious and it was so interesting to listen and take in all the information she told us!Also Moto at the Aurora viewing nite was so helpful and set up our camera to get the best results for our pictures. Many many thanks for making this experience so memorable for my husband and I.Also we want to come back to Whitehorse in the future...
One of the BEST Northern Lights viewing experience of my life. The lights came out on show all evening . . dancing and changing colour all evening. The Yurt huts were warm and had food and warm drinks on offer. This a Must trip if the Northern Lights are on your bucket list!
I booked already twice different trips through Arctic Range Adventure and I had only good experiences. The whole organisation was really good and the people were soo nice and they try their best to give you unforgettable moments... I can only say good things about it... I would recomend it to everyone... :-)
Just awesome, everything was great, the guides are so well informed and always in a good mood. The sights are really beautiful. It was a great place to visit.
...thank you so much to Arctic Range – my wife and I loved every minute of our adventures with you.
The overall tour was excellent. Good guides, well educated and pleasant. Outings included dogsledding, a wildlife tour and a visit to Takahini Hot Springs. The only drawback would have been the standard of accommodation but this was a minor thing given the limited time I had in the area, which was timed perfectly. The cabin facilities for lights were very good as well. Certainly recommend the tour.
We had the most amazing trip ... . Absolutely well organized. Weather was on our side and Reinhard is such a skilled driver and his wildlife spotting skills are phenominal. We saw cayotes, lynx, red fox, ptarmagans and 4 herds of caribou. 2 herds were far away, but 2 were close to our road. It was fabulous. I'm running out of adjectives here :). The ice road drive to Aklavik and Tuk were so different from eachother. Hospitality inTuk was excellent. We even saw northern lights! I think more people should go on this trip. I hope u do this trip more and more and let more people experience this remote, unique and beautiful part of Canada. Also, I must add that we were fortunate to be part of a very enthusiastic, considerate and respectful group. Every single person on the tour is such a nice person and so much pleasure to know and share their travel stories. ...Lastly I have to put in a word about dog sledding in Inuvik. I have gone sledding in a lot of places, Canmore, Yellowknife, Whitehorse and Churchill, but this experience was my absolute BEST. I don't think any place is ever going to top this.
We have a few friends interested in going to Yukon, we had a good time with the guide, he was really nice! So we will definitely recommend them your company!
Amaizing experience We passed a uniqye adventure a happyness with all wild life.. My familly neverer forguet the cross country sky and dog sledding... Defenetley we will go again..
Our trip was perfect! We had the time of our lives. Each day we had a new favorite winter activity, as we were just thrilled by everything we did (dog sledding, snowmobiling, skiing, flying over an ice field, hot springs, everything was so much fun).Aurora viewing was spectacular, there really aren't enough words to describe it.Guides are super friendly and tour groups are small, which is great. (We kinda hate large groups).I would go back every year if I could!
I really thank you for taking good care of us during our stay in Whitehorse.I visited there with my mom and enjoyed great nature with southern lights and snow shoeing guided by Himeno san.Snow shoeing was a bit challenging for me but it was a real adventure, entirely different experience from everyday life. Clear sky, fresh air, beautiful trees covered by heavy snow, awaited Hidden Lake... All memories are my life treasure. Also, I won't forget the northern lights finally starting dancing at the very last minutes of our leaving. It was all thanks to Himeno san, the best guide ever that we had wonderfull holidays.Hope to have another chance to visit in and around Whitehorse!
It was lovely to meet you!We really enjoyed our trip in Whitehorse. All of your tours were very exciting including Kluane National Park Tour and Hiking Tour.We were also inspired by the great nature of Yukon and our love for Yukon has grown. It was first time for us to take a trip to Yukon.Therefor we were a little bit worried about what kind of place it will be .But when we got to Whitehorse, I realized I did'nt have to worry about our trip actually. We really appreciate your hospitalities.Your friendly smiles made us feel perfectly relieved, so we were relaxed and had a good time like we were with our close friends. We really enjoyed hearing about your life in Yukon―a lot of amazing stories! It seems that you can live life to the fullest there. That's Fantastic. I really envy your life style! We hope to visit Whitehorse someday and see you again soon.We are grateful for these lovely days.
We enjoyed the Wildlife Preserve and Takhini Hot Spring tour and also we were very happy to see Aurora on our last night. We have come to like the city of Whitehorse as well. Thank you for uploading the photos of us playing with bubbles (at the Aurora Center while we were waiting for the Northern lights to show up). We forgot to take these photos and it was good to see them again. Also, we have displayed the aurora photos we have purchased from you in our living room. You can see the progression of the aurora dancing and my husband is really happy with them. Thank you!
I loved the atmosphere of Whitehorse and have decided to go visit again. I am thinking of paddling the river with a canoe in August and September. I fell in love with Whitehorse. For the next visit, I would like to ask Arctic Range Adventure to guide me (again).
It was wonderful to see the strong level 4 aurora on the day 3 and I was really moved to see it. I did not know that aurora was such a beautiful thing.I went to Sweden 8 years ago, but I could not see aurora then and I have always wanted to see the beautiful aurora someday. The photo you took for me was beautiful and looks like it is just about to dance!
I flew to Whitehorse only for 1 night in the hope to see the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights). It was a risk as they don't come out every night, but it paid off. At approx 3am the lights came out and it was spectacular. The whole experience is amazing, Arctic Range Adventures came and picked me up form the hotel and drove us to the location. There are huts with open fires and hot drinks to keep warm as well as a teepee we could go into to roast marshmallows.Top notch guides who go out of their way to look after you and ensure you get the best experience. I highly recommend that everyone has a camera tripod for the experience, as the photos will come out more clear and sharp. Without the tripod the photos may come out a little blurry. Highly recommend this experience... you wont be disappointed! As a side note the Whitehorse locals are beautiful, super friendly and will help you on your way. Whitehorse is a place to remember!
Thank you for taking good care of us on our Aurora viewing tour. Thanks to your advice, we were able to take nice photos! My parents were very happy as well. It was great to see them having fun watching wildlife at the Preserve. When the airplane did not fly, you also took care of us well with your good support.
Thank you for the wonderful time we had on your tour. My wife and I really thank you for the wonderful trip we had.
We went on your northern lights tour last night and had an amazing time!Yojiro was a great tour guide and made us feel very comfortable.
I enjoyed Whitehorse very much. Thank you for your all arrangement of my trip. [...] I just want to thank you. [...] The Beez Kneez Hostel was also so cozy and nice place. Thank you for telling me that hostel. Hopefully I want to visit again in summer.
