Felix put together the vacation of a lifetime. Everyone we came in contact with was incredibly professional and friendly. Tom, Tifiin and Magda were fantastic and super helpful with getting us around and seeing the northern lights. Pierre gave us probably our favorite experience with the dog sledding. Best day ever! Mark was extremely helpful and informative on our snow mobile adventure. Thanks again!
I wanted an adventure, so I decided to go to the Yulon alone. I got the adventure I wanted and it was remarkable. I booked a trip and multiple day excursions with Arctic Range Adventure including 3 nights of seeing the northern lights, seeing the wildlife preserve and hot springs, dog sledding and snow mobiling and it was all amazing and worth every penny ! The town is cute, has quite a few good places to eat, the people are nice and the environment is breaktakingly beautiful. Karin (bookings or customer service) was extremely helpful in doing my booking and schedules, so thanks !!
I had scheduled a Northern Lights tour and snowmobiling tour with Arctic Range. [...] The location was absolutely beautiful and they had a very cozy warming hut. The young lady that was our guide was very helpful. I’m a very experienced photographer and have even shot night photography before and lightning and fireworks, but shooting photos of the Northern Lights is a little different. The young lady walked me through what my camera settings should be and even took our photo. Unfortunately it snowed all evening so we didn’t get to see the Northern Lights but I highly recommend Arctic Range Adventure!
Thank you very much for the service during my stay at Whitehorse. It was amazing to see the city, beautiful scenery and Aurora in my own eyes, and I really enjoyed it.
Our primary purpose for this tour was to see Aurora. The activity of Aurora was strong at that time (end of August), .... It is definitely matter of luck and curtain weather condition together with Aurora activity must match to see it. We were not disappointed. We spent nice 4 hours in the middle of wilderness with two young Japanese guides who provided us with real picture of living in Yukon and its wonderful wildlife. We spent some time roasting marshmallows in a teepee and eating snacks in a yurt. One of them was a vivid photographer ( won National Geography price for his pictures), and gave us a tour through Yukon on his computer. I found it well wasted time, I would suggested this tour either you see Aurora or not. Maybe you will be more lucky than us.
We enjoyed our Aurora viewing so much tonight that we’d like to go again.
This is an amazing opportunity to explore the wildlife reserve and see Northern Lights, they have an excellent multilingual crew. I can say that I had an excellent experience with @ArcticRangeAdventure
The trip to Whitehorse we booked with Arctic Range was truly amazing. I can't thank them enough for an absolute great experience. We are so happy we did this trip...Arctic Range is an amazing tour company, they are so helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. Very friendly and patient office staff and multi-language speaking guides. The entire program was arranged perfectly from the airport pick up to the drop off. We had so much fun doing Dog Sledding, Snowmobiling, Wildlife & Hot Springs, Aurora Viewing and a Sightseeing flight - from day 1 to 5. They truly are outstanding and we would recommend a trip like this to everyone!
I really want people to know that your company IS THE BEST CHOICE for chasing the Aurora Borealis!! Our trip became super memorable because of you guys.Thank you so much for doing what you guys do
...we want to say Thank you to all of you who helped us with our visit. Thank you to Sofia, America, Rafael, Moto, Macky.... It was a pleasure really to meet you all and very thankful with all your care you provided us at all time. I wish you the best and keep doing a great job and thank you so much for sharing all you have to offer with us.
It was the experience of a lifetime! Very well organized trips and very warm, hospitable people. I have more visits planned for the future and I will book ahead of time with Arctic Range Adventure so I can relax and enjoy my trip to the fullest!
I did this trip twice, and I would recommend it to anyone. Very well organised and excellent photo opportunities and advice.
It's been an awesome experience and we've been well looked after .
My wife made a great choice of going to Whitehorse,Canada for viewing the northern lights. Not too cold and many things to see and do there and the areas surrounding Whitehorse. September 3rd, 2016 is THE night that viewing the aurora borealis was the best since the season began in August, according to our tour guide. Our tour group Arctic Range was fabulous and the tour guide Keigo was fantastic and so patient to teach me how to use my camera for my own shots of the northern lights up at a cabin about 30 minutes away from the town. There were light snacks and hot beverages with a warm heater to keep the others warm. There were 2 teepees there with one of them with a lit camp fire to keep some of us warm. The photos of us with the northern lights in the background was to die for. A once in a lifetime experience. Now I can die happy! My wife is so grateful and happy with Keigo's help that she sent Keigo a package of goodies from Hawaii! I hope he enjoys them! Thank you Keigo, we will return again soon!
Very well organised tour which was absolutely amazing. There was a lot of cloud around but we did get to have a very enjoyable evening, hot drinks, biscuits & purchased some awesome photos to keep as souvenirs. A must see...
We have just completed the four tours that we booked with Arctic Range, all of which were awesome. We really lucked out and had two amazing displays of the aurora borealis, and the snowmobiling and dog sledding were great fun and we saw some spectacular scenery. Our rental clothing was great and kept us toasty warm throughout.
I found the trip to be well organized. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable! The facilities were comfortable and the snacks and hot beverages were well appreciated. The lights were incredible! Thank you for a memorable visit to Whitehorse!
I just wanted to mention how much I enjoyed my trip. It was so well organised and hassle free. My guides Kristin and Maki were great and happy to answer questions, making sure I knew where I needed to be and seemed quite knowledgeable and to have a passion for their jobs.I also really enjoyed the daytime activities (absolutely loved dog sledding) and felt it was a great taste of the Yukon. I will definitely try to come back again in the summer to experience a different side of Whitehorse.
I did the Aurora Deluxe which was a 2 night experience including meals, hotel, 2 Aurora viewings, Dog Sledding, a trip to the animal reserve and Takhini hot springs. The organization of this trip was exceptional, not only were the activities well planned so you got an experience of everything but there no hassles or worries about anything.By far the best part of this trip was the dog sledding I would definitely recommend giving it a go.Even though we didn't see any lights the first night I had still had fun learning from the guides about the Yukon melting marshmallows on the fire and making maple pops.
Thanks for all. I had a great time in Yukon. I hope to go back again, but next time it will be during the summer.
