Arctic Range guide Gustavo picked us up from the airport. He was cheerful, helpful and informative. The guides took us to see the Aurora- it was well organised. The guide Raphael was charming, friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to have a great viewing on the first night. Raphael took some great photos on his camera as ours weren’t capturing it. Aki and Gustavo took us to the Wildlife Reserve and the hot springs. They were very well educated on the animals and respected our age and level of fitness and acted accordingly. It was a wonderful experience. The hot springs were amazing.
We also had a lovely Japanese lady show us sights around the town.
All the guides were brilliant. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The office staff and management were very helpful too
This has been a once in a lifetime trip. A bucket list adventure. Well done, guys.
